Inventory, purchase orders, and supplier management on Mrfqy
Track stock, set low-stock alerts, reserve inventory at checkout, and manage POs and receiving from one dashboard.
Overselling a viral SKU damages trust faster than a slow website. Arab merchants scaling on Instagram and WhatsApp need inventory that stays accurate across channels — with reservations at checkout, low-stock alerts before Ramadan rush, and purchase orders that match what suppliers actually deliver. Mrfqy's inventory module is built for operators, not accountants only.
Real-time stock tracking per variant
Every SKU and variant — size, color, capacity — carries its own quantity on hand in Mrfqy. When an order is paid, stock decrements automatically. When you cancel or refund, stock returns according to your restock rules.
Enable 'continue selling when out of stock' only for made-to-order or dropship items you can truly fulfill. For physical goods, showing 'نفدت الكمية' in Arabic on the product page is better than accepting orders you cannot ship.
Import opening balances via CSV when migrating from spreadsheets. Mrfqy's import maps variant SKUs to current quantities so day-one inventory is trustworthy.
Low-stock alerts and checkout reservations
Set reorder points per product: when quantity hits 5 units, Mrfqy emails your ops team in Arabic and English. Adjust thresholds before peak seasons — Ramadan, Back to School, White Friday — when velocity multiplies.
Checkout reservations hold inventory for unpaid carts for a configurable window (e.g., 15 minutes). This prevents two customers from buying the last unit simultaneously during a flash sale promoted on Instagram Live.
Paid orders always take priority. If a reservation expires, stock returns to the pool automatically — no manual cleanup required.
